Frametypes

To protect the polycarbonate edges against chemical attacks, it should be sealed in a stainless steel frame.

Therefore Visitec offers 3 standard frame types, which you will find in the chart below.

The L, Z, S – Type could be designed for any window-thickness, which distinguishes to the required resistance class.

 

Furthermore, if you already have a frame, Visitec also provides the possibility to protect the edges with a special aluminium tape or a NBR-rubber profile which you can then fix into your frame.
