Laminated

The second possibility is “fully laminated”, which means, that between the glass and the polycarbonate is a special adhesive to fix those two components together.

With this product you will never have the problem of cooling fluids getting between glass and polycarbonate.

Furthermore you have several advantages of:

• better optical visibility
• less mirroring effects
• being more solid than the “Airgap”-product
• durable in fact of full polycarbonate protection
• if only the glass on machine side is broken, you can use the protective window
  in the machine until you get the replacement-part, due to the laminated adhesive

This type is especially possible with all frametypes, alutape and nbr-rubber-profiles!
There is no better way to protect your workers!
